Students will discover the unique features of Madagascar, including researching fun facts about one of its endemic creatures, the lemur!

Students will recognize the importance of conservation efforts in protecting the animals of Madagascar, most especially the lemur.

Students will use problem-solving skills to create a contraption that demonstrates the amazing power of lemurs leaping from tree to tree in the forest canopy.
