Students will examine and analyze a collection of data related to the population decline of the forgotten fossa, Madagascar’s top predator, in order to provide zoologists with important information to better understand this unique creature.

Students will research a variety of endangered species similar to the fossa from around the world and will create a public service announcement to raise awareness of the importance of saving our top predators.

Students will use problem-solving skills to create a platform to simulate the water escape of boophis frogs from the clutches of its predator, the gluttonous bighead snake.
